Applying
Applications for this year's programme are now closed and will re-open in Spring 2026.
Application requirements: You must be aged between 18-25, and be based in the West Midlands region to qualify for the programme. That's it! There's no experience or qualifications needed!
The application form should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete, and will ask for some information about you, your background, what you’re currently up to and what your future goals are.
All your answers help us understand you and what you hope to get out of the programme. We assess every application individually and may give you a call to chat about your application if you let us know that additional support may be useful for you.
We will keep you updated via email on the progress of your application, including the link to accept your place one the programme if offered one.

ELP2 would not be possible without the amazing support we've recieved from some incredible individuals and organisations and we're always looking to include more voices and experiences on the programme.
We aim to introduce our participants to wide range of speakers and guests, and involvement in the programme can range from providing short informational videos for us to share, to facilitating one of our sessions.
