What is ELP2 and who is it for?

The ELP2 is a collaborative programme that focuses on nature connection and behavioural change.

The programme is FREE and open to anyone who is:

• 18–25 years old
• Based in the West Midlands region
• From any background and wants to have their voices heard
• Interested in the environment, climate change and making a difference

You do not need to have environmental experience or a relevant degree. You will gain transferable skills in:

Project Management

Impact Measurement

Networking

Team working

Applications for next year's cohort will go live in May 2024.

The information we collect is only used in connection with your application and to understand how we can best support you during your time on the programme. We assess every application individually in order to ensure that we’re providing support where it’s most needed. There is no interview component to the application process.
